What BullseyeAces is

BullseyeAces is a web application that helps a closed group of friends keep track of shared expenses at a gathering — functionally equivalent to Splitwise or the “split a bill” feature in common payment apps. Members log what they contributed to a shared pool, the application calculates each member’s net balance, and it tells everyone the simplest set of payments needed to settle up.

No money flows through BullseyeAces. We are not a bank, not a payment processor, and not a gambling or betting operator. We hold no funds, process no payments, and integrate with no banks or card networks. Every actual payment happens directly between two people through their own existing payment app (Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal). The numbers we track are line items in an expense ledger — not bets, stakes, wagers, or prizes.

How it works

Our text message (SMS) program

BullseyeAces sends transactional text messages only — there is no marketing. Members opt in by entering their mobile number on our sign-up form, where a clear disclosure explains what they are agreeing to before they submit.
